Just something i heard this guy talk ab out once :)

No, I don't really go for books much, but I think for javascript I probably would. Sounds odd but I would like to read it in a leisurely fashion if you know what I mean. Relax over a good programming book...

does anyone know of any java script books that can teach you the basics but also go on to more serious stuff.
I dont know to much html so it would be good if the book helped out with some of that first
I have looked into buying javascript for dummies but there doesnt seem to be a recent version of it but something similar would be ideal

I don't know about javascript book but i know a very good site that provide us a completed learning material. By using this site we will learn very well. The site is http://www.w3schools.com.
