Google PR just show authority of your site in the Google's eye.

PR is not so important now as it was once considered to be. But still shows the credibility of your site.

yes it is important, and in other hand u can say a Page Rank is when search gives u importance

Other factors like keyword density and placement is also important for the website ranking besides PageRank. It does not mean that PageRank has become irrelevant, but there is significant evidence to suggest that PageRank is not quite as important of a factor in website ranking as it once was.

not much important but the most important is traffic or Alexa Rank

I believe that it might have a effect on conversion for your site as well if it has a low or no page rank.
